    Hey Lindsay!
So this is a really tough one and it may be impossible to find, but, I was watching season one of BH 90210 and I saw something that I am curious about. In the opening (the one that starts with the Beverly Hills Hotel), one of the first images is the body of a girl in a bikini. Was any information ever published about the girl? Maybe it was Jennie Garth? Sorry if this is crazy! Thank you so much!

    Hey !
do you know where , in That thing you do, Patterson Appliances building was? or where Liv Tyler runs down the street when she hears “TTyoudo” on the radio for the first time?
    Thanks Linds!
    Eileen

    Hi Lindsay!

You did such a great job stalking the Three Sisters House from “Knots Landing” last year that I have another challenge for you!

With all the media attention last year regarding Paris Hilton’s aunt, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kim Richards, I wonder if you can locate the house used in Richards’ 1970-71 series, “Nanny and the Professor.”

Boomers such as myself remember Richards for several of 17 Disney movies, including the “Witch Mountain” films, but for many of us, her lasting fame comes from her two years as as Prudence Everett in the television series “Nanny and the Professor,” with costars Richard Long, Juliet Mills, David Doremus and Trent Lehman. The show ran on ABC from January 21, 1970 through December 27, 1971 and starred Mills as a prescient English nanny who cares for Professor Harold Everett, a widower (this was the early 70s), and his children Hal, Butch, and Prudence (Richards).

The family lived at 10327 Oak Street, presumably in Los Angeles. The house number appears on the house itself and the curb in several shots in different episodes. Part of the house’s facade was obviously built on a soundstage (the show was shot on Fox’s Stage 3), but establishing shots show what appears to be a real house, numbered 10327. Hulu has almost all of the episodes and you can see the house at the top of the sixth episode of the first season, titled “Spring, Sweet Spring.”

I hope you can find the house where, as the theme song says, “so many silly things keep happening. What is this magic thing about Nanny, is it love….or is it magic?”

Hi I was wondering if you’ve heard of a place in Whittier called Fred C. Nelles School for boys. The place closed in 2004 and since then has been used a lot for filming, I’m not sure what films or shows they use it for and would like to see if you know. thanks a lot

    • David says:

According to wiki, the movies Blow (2001) and Red State (2011) were filmed there, as well as the TV series Prison Break (2005) and Moonlight (2007).

I know that Michael C. Hall hangs out at a fast food restaurant near my house. It’s called Lucky Boy Drive in Restaurant. The address is 640 S. Arroyo Prkwy. Pasadena. Check it out. I know he loves their breakfast burritos. My partner has seen him there a few times.

      • Lindsay says:

No way! The GC LOVES that restaurant and goes there all of the time. I’ve only been once and had chicken strips which were quite amazing. That is just crazy that MCH goes there! They are opening a second Lucky Boy location on Walnut and Madison, FYI.

      • Bianca says:

Wow, don’t think I’m game enough to go there…But thanks for the info!
I’ll think of more though, I’m travelling to the USA soon & would love to see some awesome Hollywood stuff apart from the usual tours of Tom and Katie’s home.

Hey Lindsay a good idea for a house to find is the house from up all night .

  18. Allie says:

Hi Lindsay! Think you can find the Family Lake home and the Chicago home from “The Time Traveler’s Wife”? I think they’re both amazing and I’d love to know their actual locations.

  19. Greg says:

Hi Lindsay, I have a challenge for you. Jason Priestley just moved, and I am looking for photographs of his new home.
it’s a good challenge for you? thank you.

  20. Andy says:

Where are the exterior shots of the town in the “Epic History of Everyday Things” filmed?

    • tom says:

Found the location by googling some shops in the show. It’s filmed in the area of 26 Prospect Street, Ridgewood, New Jersey, United States. Some lankmarks you should look for is Sam’s Barber shop and Ridgewood Fisheries. Note there’s also a HSBC at the back so it wouldn’t be too difficult to look for.
